Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return Policies: We take great pride in providing you with the best possible, hand made in Key West products for your pet. We must limit our return time to 2 weeks from receipt of purchase. Only items that are in the original shipping condition and have not been worn or washed are eligible for exchange or return. These items are not returnable or exchangeable: Holiday Prints, Personalized items, custom orders and custom orders made from your measurements. (Please measure carefully and email or call us first if you have any questions) Exchanges for too small or too big items are happily made, however please keep in mind that the price difference between the two products will be charged (or refunded!). We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges. We suggest you send your item back with at least delivery confirmation service from the Post Office and consider insuring your return. Return postage is at the customer's expense. All refunds will be made in the manner payment was received. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please email us for return shipping address.
